★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra saber como funcionava os exames de sangue e quais eles faziam. A atendente falou comigo de forma super áspera, e disse "existem vários exames de sangue". Não me disse quais tinham, etc. Péssimo atendimento. Além disso, minha colega de trabalho fez um "teste de gravidez" lá e teve o resultado do exame vazado pra sua irmã... A irmã dela era conhecida de alguns funcionários do Laboratório diagnóstico. Total falta de respeito, e quebra do sigilo médico.
I called to find out how the blood tests worked and what they did. The attendant spoke to me in a very harsh way, and said "there are several blood tests". You didn't tell me which ones, etc. Terrible attendance. In addition, my co-worker took a "pregnancy test" there and had the result leaked to her sister ... Her sister was known to some employees of the Diagnostic Laboratory. Total lack of respect, and breach of medical confidentiality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, horas esperando somente uma pessoa na recepção enquanto várias de fofocas e risadas em outro setor, sem falar no telefone que ninguém atende.
Terrible service, hours waiting for just one person at the reception, while several hours of gossip and laughter in another sector, not to mention the phone that no one answers.
