★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento depois da compra, informaram que iria ser entregue de 2 a 7 dias úteis e estão fora do prazo, solicitei retorno e não tiveram a competência de me retornar. O vendedor disse que o montador iria montar no mesmo dia da entrega ou no outro e não foi isso que está acontecendo eu terei que agendar!
Não recomendo ! Não tem comprometimento com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssimo o atendimento e enganoso, disse que entregaria de 2 a 15 dias , ja faz quase dois meses ,liga fica enrolando Sr. Willian fala sempre que semana que vem entrega, agora quase dois meses, fala que NÃO tem previsão de entrega. E disse que pode CANCELAR O PEDIDO. ENGRAÇADO se for culpa do cliente tem multa de 30%. Mas quando e culpa Deles so querem devolver o valor da compra.
NÃO RECOMENDO ENGANA O CLIENTE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pesadelo começou após o pós compra. Prometem um prazo de entrega e não realizam. Após várias tentativas de ameaças em ir ao Procon e acionar algum advogado, realizaram a entrega. Prometeram que iriam montar em um determinado prazo, porém sem sucesso. O vencedor me passou o contato de um montador terceirizado, o mesmo fala que não faz mais parte da equipe da loja. Ligo várias vezes, porém só chama. Um alerta: NÃO COMPRE NADA NESSA LOJA. Péssimo atendimento e descaso com o cliente.

Minha mãe comprou uma mesa de madeira.
A mesma veio em um estado danificada, suja, horrível!!!!
Minha mãe pediu a troca. Depois de 3 meses foi realizada por uma peça pior,e nem foi o modelo do tecido das cadeiras que ela comprou.
Agora a loja através do Whatsapp está tratando com descaso total e falando que minha mãe quer perfeição, que nem Deus fez o ser humano perfeito.
Não comprem nessa loja!
Tratam o consumidor com total falta de respeito e descaso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!! Minha mãe comprou uma mesa neste lugar há 4 meses e veio toda danificada, e ainda quiseram trocar por uma pior. Em um comentário feito acima pela minha irmã eles responderam dizendo que ela optou por um produto de mostruário, sendo que isso não é verdade, ela pagou o valor de uma mesa embalada. Vocês devem ter tanto problema com seus clientes que devem estar confundindo as pessoas.
Terrible!! My mother bought a table at this place 4 months ago and it came all damaged, and they still wanted to exchange it for a worse one. In a comment made above by my sister they replied saying that she opted for a showcase product, which is not true, she paid the price of a packaged table. You must have so much trouble with your customers that you must be confusing people.

Defeito depois de15 dias trocaram por outra com defeito desde então estou aguardando a solução que ficou para feveiro e até o momento não resolvido os telefones ninguém atende estou na loja e não tem uma pessoa responsável só véndedores que não tem autonomia para nada não comprem se não quiseram ter dor de cabeça
Terrible on 11/13/2021 I bought an elastic table which came with it. Defect after 15 days they exchanged it for another one with a defect since then I am waiting for the solution that was left for February and so far not resolved the phones no one answers I am in the store and there is no responsible person only sellers who have no autonomy for anything don't buy if you don't wanted to have a headache
