★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engraçado como que os vendedores na hora de vender são super solícitos, ficam 100% a disposição do cliente, após conseguirem a compra, vem a decepção. Eis o meu estresse: Comprei um guarda roupa na Unidade Santo Amaro com o vendedor chamado Cauan, fui super bem atendida, ele me falou que iria pedir para um montador de confiança ir instalar meu móvel, no dia chegou um montador chamado Gilson, que não sei qual o problema que ele estava que montou de QUALQUER JEITO, literalmente, ele conseguiu rasgar o fundo do guarda ao meio, destruiu uma viga que eu tenho no teto do quarto.
Fui tentar resolver esse problema junto ao vendedor Cauan e a gerente Milka, e foi uma enrolação, disseram que não conseguiam trocar as peças pelo sistema, depois mandaram eu solicitar essa troca pelo SAC da Marabraz que não respondia por nada..
por fim, tive que ir novamente a loja falar com a gerente e depois de horas ela conseguiu resolver o problema é efetuar a troca do móvel!
É um descaso com o cliente, o tratamento depois que conseguem vender muda totalmente, não volto jamais lá para efetuar novas compras.

It's a disregard for the customer, the treatment after they manage to sell changes completely, I never go back there to make new purchases.
