Fui trocar meu sapato que ganhei de presente porque ficou apertado, o vendedor claramente não queria trocar, falou que não teria meu número sem eu nem dizer. Daí perguntei se tinha outros modelos e o mesmo respondeu que não, todos os modelos estava em falta número grande. Nunca pensei em passar por isso nessa loja tão respeitada. Tenha reunião e fale para os vendedores atender uma troca da mesma forma que uma venda normal, só porque não ganham comissão não querem atender ? Absurdo
