★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gostava de pedir pizza nesse lugar, agora não peço mais e não recomendo. entregaram minha pizza errada, quando fui reclamar no whats dele fui super mal atendido por uma funcionária sem educação nenhuma. so me pergunto como colocam esse tipo de gente para atender ?
I liked to order pizza in this place, now I don't order it anymore and I don't recommend it. they delivered my wrong pizza, when I went to complain on his whats I was super poorly attended by an employee with no education at all. I just wonder how they put this kind of people to meet?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz mais de um ano que compro pizza neste lugar, tinha motoboy que até sabia o meu endereço e hoje (20/11) fiquei mais de 1:30 esperando a pizza. Antes disso, liguei pra saber se estava tudo bem e me responderam que estavam a caminho. Por fim, informaram que a o meu pedido foi entregue errado.
Toda tentativa de contato foi minha, o que é um descaso, pois deviam me informar que houve um problema.
Cancelei o pedido, mesmo após ter feito uma programação em família para o dia da pizza. Tendo assim a noite de sábado frustrada!
Seria o mais sensato disponibilizarem algo pra
o cliente não sair frustrado, como em alguns lugares a pizza sai de graça pra o consumidor, quando ultrapassam o tempo de aguardo informado.
O cliente é o maior bem de um comércio e senti que não valorizam o mesmo nessa situação.
I've been buying pizza at this place for over a year, there was a motorcycle courier who even knew my address and today (11/20) I spent more than 1:30 waiting for the pizza. Before that, I called to see if everything was ok and they told me they were on their way. Finally, they informed that my order was delivered wrong.
Every attempt at contact was mine, which is negligible, as I should be informed that there was a problem.
I canceled the order, even after making a family schedule for pizza day. So having a frustrated Saturday night!
It would be wiser to make something available to
the customer does not leave frustrated, as in some places the pizza is free for the consumer, when they exceed the informed waiting time.
The customer is a trade's greatest asset and I felt they didn't value it in this situation.
