They are super friendly to sell, they answer you straight away, they are on your toes, now let the first problem happen, they leave you alone, they pass on the information in half.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, nao recomendo a ninguém. Na hora de contatar são uns amores, quando é pra resolver um problema e serem justos pode esquecer. Estao sempre tentando arrancar uma graninha a mais da gente. Primeiro com apenas 1 mes de adesão do seguro tentaram fazer um aumento de quase 9% do valor mensal, justificando aumento na tabela fipe ( a tabela fipe tinha aumentado 1% apenas) reclamei e deixaram pelo valor acordado anteriormente desde que o pagamento fosse feito pelo pix. Aconteceu mais coisa mas prefiro deixar somente ate aqui. A dica que eu dou é, nao mexam com essa cooperativa.
Bad experience, I don't recommend it to anyone. When it comes to contacting you, they are loves, when it is to solve a problem and be fair, you can forget about it. They're always trying to get a little extra money out of us. First, with only 1 month of subscription to the insurance, they tried to increase the monthly amount by almost 9%, justifying an increase in the fipe table (the fipe table had only increased 1%) I complained and they left it for the amount previously agreed as long as the payment was made by the pix. More happened but I prefer to leave only this far. The tip I give is, don't mess with this cooperative.
