A única coisa boa foi que ao sair de lá tive a oportunidade de conhecer outra loja excelente no atendimento e com produtos mais bonitos do que os que vi lá.
Fui em uma loja de nome parecido, a "Revest" que fica na Imbiribeira e além de produtos lindas, tem um excelente atendimento.
 Terrible attendance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A imensa variedade de revestimentos foi proporcional ao péssimo atendimento. Vendedores desinteressados e apáticos, sem iniciativa. Entrei e saí da loja sem ser notado...como alguém invisível mesmo! Nem aquela frase clichê: - Em que posso ajudar? Simplesmente nada. Só tenho a certeza de que não voltarei a Casa Revest do Pina. Porque o mínimo que um cliente deseja é atenção e bom atendimento.
The immense variety of coverings was proportional to the terrible service. Disinterested and listless salespeople without initiative. I went in and out of the store without being noticed ... like someone invisible! Not even that cliché phrase: - How can I help? Simply nothing. I'm just sure that I won't be returning to Casa Revest do Pina. Because the least a customer wants is attention and good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima estrutura, vasta opção de pisos e revestimentos. Estacionamento um pouco limitado, porém, ok. O grande problema é no atendimento, chegamos, esperamos mais de 20min em pé sem ninguém vir oferecer nem uma água enquanto esperávamos. Quando decidimos ir embora devido a demora, um funcionário vem falar conosco para se desculpar, mesmo assim decidimos ir embora. Uma pena, num momento de mercado tão conturbado como atualmente um cliente ser mal tratado.
Great structure, wide choice of floors and coverings. Parking a bit limited, though, ok. The big problem is in the attendance, we arrived, waited more than 20mins on foot without anyone coming to offer even a water while we waited. When we decide to leave because of the delay, an employee comes to us to apologize, we still decide to leave. A pity, in a market moment as troubled as a customer is currently being treated badly.

Me sinto sendo feita de IDIOTA! Fui na loja com minha arquiteta @Rose arquiteta Falcão, na certeza que seria uma excelente compra, MAS...
Comprei 120m quadrados de porcelanato em fevereiro/19, que seria entregue em 5 dias após a compra, todavia, 2 dias depois, liguei informando à vendedora que fui obrigada à desistir porque tinha chegado minha mudança. Eu não tinha recebido nem nota Fiscal e nem o objeto da compra até aquelas 36hs que tinham se passado. Infelizmente, eu fui informada que seria Impossível anular a compra. Desde então, ( mais de 3 meses) venho pedindo que abatam eventual despesa que a loja tenha tido com a venda, mas me devolvam o valor que me é devido, já que paguei integralmente o valor da compra até em março/19.
Já falei com o dono Sr @DiogoMeyerc umas 5 vezes (3x eu e 2x meu esposo), após algumas longas esperas, pois ele é muito ocupado!! Inclusive, na última vez como ele não queria me receber por ser ocupado , apesar de estar na minha frente, ( eu acabei ouvindo muita coisa dele que eu não diria para nenhuma pessoa, pois sei que deixaria ela muito abalada, como fiquei!!!( deixa pra lá q isso não resolve meu problema!)
Quero *meu dinheiro* de volta!!!!

I feel like I'm made of an IDIOT! I went to the store with my architect @Rose architect Falcão, sure it would be an excellent purchase, BUT ...
I bought 120 square meters of porcelain tiles in February / 19, which would be delivered in 5 days after the purchase, however, 2 days later, I called informing the seller that I had to give up because my move had arrived. I had not received either an invoice or the object of the purchase until those 36 hours that had passed. Unfortunately, I was informed that it would be impossible to cancel the purchase. Since then, (more than 3 months) I have been asking them to discount any expenses that the store may have had with the sale, but give me back the amount that is due to me, since I fully paid the purchase amount until March / 19.
I have already spoken with the owner Mr @DiogoMeyerc about 5 times (3x me and 2x my husband), after some long waits, as he is very busy !! In fact, the last time he didn't want to receive me because he was busy, despite being in front of me, (I ended up hearing a lot about him that I wouldn't say to anyone, because I know I would leave her very shaken, as I was !!! (never mind that doesn't solve my problem!)
I want my money back!!!!

No que tange a entrega so tenho a lamentar, pois adquiri um produto (Porcelanato Copan Silver acetinado) e dentro a entrega foram entregue 5 caixas erradas( off white) e ate hj a responsável pela entrega (logistica) questiona se realmente meu piso não é off white, mesmo mandando amostra da pedra e sendo detectado pelos entregadores a diferença na hora da entrega. foi necessário a visita do representante da fabrica da pedra ir na obra e constatar que estamos correto, isso levou mais de dez dia comprometendo sensivelmente o cronograma de entrega da obra. PS ainda não recebemos a substituição da pedra, com a promessa de recebermos ate amanha. é esperar pra ver. lamentavel.
