★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim. O mais preocupante: o caixa no fundo da loja ( local sem circulação de ar - Covid) e os atendentes SEMPRE sem máscaras nesse mesmo local. Idem para as funcionárias q ficam logo na entrada na seção de celulares.
Bad service. Most worrisome: the cashier at the back of the store (place without air circulation - Covid) and the attendants ALWAYS without masks in the same place. Ditto for the employees who are right at the entrance in the cell phone section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer compras nessa loja hoje dia 22/09 as 16 horas, os vendedores sem mascara, com a cara ruim, não atendeu o cliente, quando chamei para perguntar sobre o produto, a vendedora falou: pega o produto e vai até o balcão,fui e ao chegar , a gerente a chamou ,ela demorou um século para chegar. Desistir de comprar com tanta mal vontade. Atendento péssimo, por parte de todos os funcionários. Até a gerente ou gerente não sei qual porque tinha um rapaz e uma moça sorrindo a berça. Péssimo loja para comprar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si é ótima, com várias opções! Porém o atendimento dos funcionários é péssimo, fora que todos em meio a pandemia estavam sem máscaras. Precisei de um funcionário para esclarecer dúvidas sobre o produto e ninguém se dispôs! Perguntei a funcionária como fazia ela respondeu mal, com cara fechada dizendo que o cliente que iria até o caixa. Até então tudo bem, peguei o produto fiquei um bom tempo aguardando alguém para passar no caixa no fundo da loja e sai sem levar o produto. Pelo péssimo atendimento! Estão precisando reciclar os funcionários uma vez que a loja em si depende da clientela para "sobreviver"!
The store itself is great, with lots of options! However, the service provided by employees is terrible, apart from the fact that everyone in the midst of the pandemic was without masks. I needed an employee to answer questions about the product and no one was willing! I asked the employee how she did it, she replied badly, with a frown saying that the customer would go to the cashier. So far so good, I picked up the product, I was waiting for a long time for someone to pass the checkout at the back of the store and leave without taking the product. For the bad service! They need to retrain employees since the store itself depends on the clientele to "survive"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rede Varejo muito boa, mas INFELIZMENTE a de Teófilo Otoni-MG tem um péssimo quadro de colaboradores. Hoje 22/09/2021 tive a infelicidade de não levar o produto que tanto queria. Colaboradoras com má vontade de atender, devem trabalhar só a troco de salário sem comissão. Fiquei com minha família dentro da loja que estava vazia (agora sei o motivo), ninguém atendeu, peguei o produto fui ao caixa e ninguém também. Mesmo chamando ninguém se dispos a cumprir com o dever para o qual foram contratados. Infelizmente, pessoas ocupando vaga e recebendo sem merecimento nenhum. Simplesmente saimos, entramos na loja ao lado (concorrente) e fizemos nossa compra.
Very good Retail Network, but UNFORTUNATELY that of Teófilo Otoni-MG has a terrible staff. Today 22/09/2021 I had the misfortune of not taking the product I wanted so much. Employees with an unwillingness to serve, must work only for salary without commission. I stayed with my family inside the store that was empty (now I know why), no one answered, I took the product, went to the checkout and no one did either. Even calling, no one was willing to fulfill the duty for which they were hired. Unfortunately, people occupying vacancies and getting paid without any merit. We simply left, entered the store next door (competitor) and made our purchase.
