Meu cartão foi clonado e há dois meses que fiz a contestação e a fatura só aumenta com encargos, sendo que não uso o cartão há meses. Pelo que soube, existem outras pessoas com o mesmo problema de clonagem, logo inferi que a própria empresa emite cartões com a mesma numeração. Suponho que o sistema deles esteja bem precário, necessitando de urgente melhora.
The store itself has a lot of good products, however their card is horrible. My card was cloned and I filed a dispute two months ago and the bill only increases with charges, and I haven't used the card for months. As far as I know, there are other people with the same cloning problem, so I inferred that the company itself issues cards with the same number. I suppose their system is pretty precarious, in need of urgent improvement.

Realizei uma compra no dia 16/04/22 na Pernambucanas de Teófilo Otoni/MG e no momento de realizar o pagamento, o computador parace ter travado...o que fez a atendente passar o produto novamente.
A questão é que eu não sou de Teófilo Otoni, sou de Belo Horizonte e estava na cidade por um evento.
No momento que a moça pediu para passar o cartão novamente, verifiquei no app e vi que a compra já havia sido passada e questionei a mesma, ela disse que seria cancelada posteriormente e que eu deveria aguardar o próximo dia útil.
Contrariada, eu pedi para ela me fornecer todas as notas fiscais e inclusive e NF de "cancelamento" da primeira compra pois eu não era daquela cidade, ia embora no Domingo (dia seguinte).
O que aconteceu? Fui verificar meu cartão e esta contabilizando o pagamento de duas vezes de um único produto que levei. Pior, tenho o comprovante de cancelamento que ela me deu e não consigo falar na loja.
Injustiçada!
Good afternoon!
I made a purchase on 04/16/22 at Pernambucanas de Teófilo Otoni/MG and at the time of making the payment, the computer seems to have crashed...which made the attendant pass the product again.
The thing is, I'm not from Teófilo Otoni, I'm from Belo Horizonte and I was in town for an event.
When the girl asked to swipe the card again, I checked the app and saw that the purchase had already been passed and I questioned it, she said it would be canceled later and that I should wait for the next business day.
Annoyed, I asked her to provide me with all the invoices and even the "cancellation" invoice for the first purchase because I wasn't from that city, I was leaving on Sunday (the next day).
What happened? I went to check my card and it's counting the payment of twice for a single product I took. Worse, I have the cancellation slip she gave me and I can't get through to the store.
Wronged!
