★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento nota zero, entrei na loja por duas vezes e ninguém veio me atender, dois vendedores passaram do meu lado e nem ligaram pra mim. Tive que parar um deles e perguntar se tinha alguém pra me atender, ele respondeu com cara de (que saco) pode falar. Então solicitei um produto e no caixa a moça não sabia me informar mais detalhes sobre o produto e deu informação errada ainda por cima. Precisam melhorar muito!
Customer service zero, I entered the store twice and nobody came to answer me, two salesmen passed by my side and didn't even call me. I had to stop one of them and ask if there was someone to attend to me, he replied with the face of (what a bag) can talk. So I ordered a product and at the checkout the girl didn't know how to tell me more details about the product and gave wrong information on top of that. They need to improve a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ofereceram o cartão casa e vídeo alegando que todos os itens da loja estavam com desconto de 10%. Viram que eu estava olhando uma televisão e inclusive o vendedor do cartão se ofereceu para levá-la até o caixa. Finalizei todo o processo e quando terminei ele disse ter se enganado e se esquecido de me avisar que o único item que não abrangia o desconto era a televisão. Decepcionada.
I was offered the home and video card claiming that all items in the store were discounted by 10%. They saw that I was watching a television and even the seller of the card offered to take it to the cashier. I finished the whole process and when I finished he said he was wrong and forgot to let me know that the only item that did not cover the discount was the television. Disappointed.
