Aluguei um veiculo da Unidas em Campo Grande MS, após estar uns 5 dias na cidade de Paraty RJ, o veículo teve um pequeno imprevisto, entrei em contato com a central da Unidas, a qual me recomendou procurar a filial mais próxima para realizar a troca de veículo, como estava em Paraty RJ a mais é de Guaratinguetá SP. Sendo que quando cheguei a Unidas de Guaratinguetá fui muito bem recebido pelo Gilmar e sua equipe, o qual sanou meu problema em questão de minutos, prestando um excelente serviço, com cordialidade, profissionalismo e educação...
Resolveu rapidamente a troca do veículo o qual pude continuar minha viagem sem problemas...
