Última compra que realizo, uma falta de respeito sem tamanho com o cliente! Desde as 10hr da manhã, pedindo uma entrega e parece que estou pedindo um favor!
Depois de muito insistir a entrega chega às 13:20, vem itens errados e com falta de outros, separo para devolver o que veio errado, e me diz que a entrega é sem devolução?? Onde está isso? Em que artigo? O entregador liga para vocês, e já mau humorado também, dizendo que nem almoçou ainda (e nem eu, com uma criança em casa) e mandam levar tudo de volta?? Ao invés de simplesmente ajustar a nota, e cobrar o que ficou, 500 reais para vocês não deve estar fazendo falta, mas faz para muitas pessoas sim! E fora a diária do pedreiro, quem vai pagar?? Vocês??
Total falta de respeito e péssimo atendimento! Melhorem! Dá para ver que as avaliações boas da loja, já fazem um ano, também era cliente.
