Comprei 3 acendedores de fogão automático, eles estavam na embalagem e já vieram com defeito de fabrica, a vendedora nao testou ( e na troca garantiu que sim) quando fui trocar, eles te obrigam a levar outra mercadoria ( obrigam pois nao fazem devolução da espécie e nem um vale para compras futuras, a gerente é grosseira e muito arrogante. As vendedoras ficam constrangidas. Lugar sem empatia, sem respeito ao consumidor, nunca mais volto.Nao indico!
Essa estrela ai não existe, apenas para postar..lugares como esse não devem existir mais.

I bought 3 automatic stove lighters, they were in the packaging and they already came with a factory defect, the seller did not test (and assured that in exchange) when I went to exchange, they force you to take other goods (they oblige you as they do not return the species and not even a voucher for future purchases, the manager is rude and very arrogant. Sellers are embarrassed. A place without empathy, without respect for the consumer, I will never return.
That star doesn't exist, just to post...places like this shouldn't exist anymore.
