★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total AMADORISMO! Tinha horário marcado, fiquei esperando por 30min e ninguém me atendeu. Quando reclamei, não recebi nenhum pedido de desculpas ou explicação. Fui embora sem ser atendida. Tive que deixar meus 2 filhos pequenos em casa para ir no salão à toa.
Total AMATEURING! I had an appointment, I was waiting for 30 minutes and no one answered. When I complained, I received no apology or explanation. I left without being answered. I had to leave my 2 small children at home to go to the lounge for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O corte não ficou ruim, mas não foi o.que eu pedi e o cabeleireiro ainda tentou me convencer de que eu é que estava enganada (sendo que eu faço o mesmo corte a uns 7 anos) e nem sequer pediu desculpas. Além disso, existe um problema de comunicação grave entre o cliente, o cabeleireiro e o atendimento do balcão, porque a atendente me passou um preço, mas o cabeleireiro fez outro tipo de tratamento (mas sem sequer mencionar que o preço seria diferente). Na hora de pagar tomei o susto de receber a conta com mais que o DOBRO do valor previsto!! Infelizmente não tenho como devolver o cabelo né! Paguei, mas nunca mais volto, nem recomendo.
The cut was not bad, but it was not what I asked for and the hairdresser still tried to convince me that I was the one who was wrong (since I made the same cut about 7 years ago) and didn't even apologize. In addition, there is a serious communication problem between the client, the hairdresser and the counter attendant, because the attendant gave me a price, but the hairdresser did another type of treatment (but without even mentioning that the price would be different). At the time of paying I was shocked to receive the bill with more than DOUBLE of the estimated amount !! Unfortunately I have no way to return the hair right! I paid, but I will never return, nor recommend.
