★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pessoalmente na loja é bom. Mas pelo whatsapp é péssimo. Prometem entregar no mesmo dia, mas não cumprem. Demoram muito a entregar. Por duas vezes entregaram no dia seguinte, algo que eles mesmos informaram entregar antes, no dia da compra. Recebem na hora o pagamento, via pix, e fazem essa enrolação.
In-store customer service is good. But whatsapp is terrible. They promise to deliver the same day, but they don't. They take a long time to deliver. Twice they delivered the next day, something they themselves reported to deliver before, on the day of purchase. They receive the payment immediately, via pix, and do this trick.
