★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, deixei material pago para entregar no dia seguinte e não entregaram nem falaram nada quando voltei no depósito novamente não tinha o material e falou que tinha esquecido.
Bad service, I left paid material to deliver the next day and they didn't deliver or say anything when I returned to the warehouse again I didn't have the material and said I had forgotten it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira e ultima vez que compro neste depósito, atrasou meu pedido por conta de um recebimento de madeira, não tiveram a capacidade de ligar avisando do ocorrido foi eu quem ligou pra saber do meu pedido, acabei perdendo um dia de trabalho com o pedreiro, que está sendo pago por dia, e agora como fica esse dia perdido?! Péssima logística, ficou de ser entregue no dia seguinte as 9 horas, já sao 9:31 e até agora nada...espero não perder mais um dia do pedreiro...a prioridade é o sempre cliente! Pode ser o menor pedido a ser entregue, mas a prioridade sempre vai ser ele!
First and last time I buy in this deposit, I delayed my order due to a receipt of wood, they did not have the ability to call to warn me about what happened. I called to find out about my order, I ended up missing a day of work with the bricklayer, who is being paid a day, and now how is that lost day ?! Bad logistics, it had to be delivered the next day at 9 am, it's already 9:31 and so far nothing...I hope not to miss another day with the bricklayer...the priority is always the customer! It may be the smallest order to be delivered, but the priority will always be it!
