★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes despreparados e grossos, mau educados. Uma vendedora simplesmente parou de falar comigo quando indaguei sobre a diferença dos preços da internet para a loja física.
Além disso, vim buscar um pacote de uma compra online e fiquei 15 minutos esperando alguém aparecer enquanto uma atendente ficava mexendo no celular e alertando uma campainha. Quando apareceu o responsável pelo pacote,pegou a nota e estou esperando de novo, mais 5 minutos... Quando voltou, mais 15 minutos depois (eu realmente estou contando o tempo) passou outra pessoa na minha frente.

Hoje dia 31/10/2020 por volta das 14h entrei na loja das Casas Bahia centro da Rio Branco, interessada em realizar a compra de geladeira e fui atendida por uma vendedora que se disse passar por Roberta, que se dirigiu a mim, é eu disse que deseja fazer o cartão casas Bahia, ela perguntou se tinha cadastro disse que comprei a anos e não me recordava, então me direcionou a mesma para verificar e depois teria que concluir no setor de cadastro, sentei-me a mesa juntamente com minha mãe, falei meu CPF é já constava no sistema, ele pediu meu RG e perguntei o porquê se não era no setor de cadastro e ali já continha meus dados, de maneira grosseira disse e sarcástica disse que não poderia continuar sem meus documento com foto e começou a bater na mesa e dizer que eu estava dificultando, então peguei o RG na bolsa e entreguei e atualizou depois perguntou o endereço, eu disse qual consta no sistema, novamente ela disse que eu não queria comprar pois estava só dificultando o atendimento. Então confirmei e diante disso entrei em choro por estar GESTANTE e sendo muito mal atendida. Enfim que não vem ao caso, minha mãe diante disso se alterou e quis falar com a Gerente que não se identificou é disse que ali não tinha nenhuma funcionária chamada Roberta, fomos até a vendedora que disse ser Alexsandra e no final se chamava Luciana... Total descaso com cliente e a gerente ainda insinuou que eu destratei a vendedora. Disse então que gostaria de fazer reclamação por escrito e mesma se negou e disse que se eu quisesse ligasse no SAC. Por fim, me retirei da loja entrei no APP é reclamei via Whatsapp.

So I confirmed and before that I burst into tears for being PREGNANT and being very poorly attended. Anyway, that is beside the point, my mother faced this change and wanted to speak to the Manager who did not identify herself and said that there was no employee named Roberta, we went to the saleswoman who said she was Alexsandra and in the end was called Luciana. Total neglect with the client and the manager even hinted that I hired the salesperson. He then said that he would like to make a complaint in writing and even if he refused, he said that if I wanted to call SAC. Finally, I retired from the store I entered the APP and complained via Whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei pela loja online e fui à loja física apenas para retirar o produto. O atendimento foi rápido (em 5 minutos retirei o produto) . Pude perceber que a loja tem uma grande variedade de eletroeletrônicos.
