★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Móvel veio com a madeira quebrada, o problema foi identificado pelo próprio montador da loja quando desembalou. Liguei na hora na loja, o montador conversou com eles confirmando o defeito. Deram prazo de 30 dias para resolver, já se passaram 3 meses e não deram nenhuma satisfação. Até resolverem a avaliação é negativa.
Furniture came with broken wood, the problem was identified by the store assembler himself when unpacking. I called the store right away, the assembler talked to them confirming the defect. They gave a period of 30 days to resolve, it has been 3 months and they have not given any satisfaction. Until they resolve the rating is negative.
