Frustrating experience, I bought it on the Ponto Frio website and went to pick it up here, the manager said I need a key, and I didn't receive anything either in the email or SMS, I left without the product and the incompetent manager Lucas is just a scarecrow a worthless being occupying a position that has no capacity....
