★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,atendimento de enfermagem péssimo ,não generalizando ,mas enfermeira chefe e coordenadora sem palavras para decifrar a minha insatisfação, por conta de um curativo na perna da minha mãe (idosa) 80 anos esperar por quase duas horas ,descaso total, vou levar o ocorrido na ouvidoria, indignada com a Unimed posto de Sertaozinho. Meu nome e Heloisa Helena ,pagamos caro pelo atendimento péssimo.
 Bad, poor nursing care, not generalizing, but head nurse and speechless coordinator to decipher my dissatisfaction, because of a dressing on my mother's leg (elderly) 80 years wait for almost two hours, total neglect, I will take the occurred in the ombudsman's office, outraged at the Unimed post of Sertaozinho. My name is Heloisa Helena, we paid dearly for the lousy service.
