★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo,vendedores muito ruim que só pensam na comissão, fui realizar a compra de um notebook na loja já para retirada,confirmei tudo pelo WhatsApp com a vendedora chegando na loja nada de aprovar meu cadastro, sendo que através do site há estava tudo ok e aprovado no carne digital.
Como não queria aguardar pela entrega resolvi ir até a loja para retirar na hora mesmo pagando mais caro,chegando lá ela me jogou uma entrada de 50% do valor do produto, totalmente diferente do que oferecido pelo telefone, enfim na loja como ela jogou o valor alto não aprovou,ela na mesma hora chamou o gerente e pediu para ei tentar pelo APP mas teve a capacidade de virar para o Gerente e falar que aí ela não ganhava comissão, ou seja a preocupação dela era só essa e queria me empurrar outro modelo com o dobro do valor.
Vim embora no dia seguinte pela manhã consegui realizar a compra pelo site com um valor bem mais em conta e com a entrada reduzida.
Uma dica que eu dou,comprem pelo site na loja você só passa raiva e ainda é mal atendido e paga o triplo.
Não compro nada na loja física,essa filial de Sumaré tem péssimos vendedores e essa já foi a segunda vez que fui mal atendida nesta loja.

I left the next day in the morning I managed to make the purchase through the website with a much lower value and with a reduced entry.
A tip that I give, buy through the website at the store you just get angry and still get poor service and pay triple.
I don't buy anything in the physical store, this Sumaré branch has terrible salespeople and this was the second time I was poorly attended to in this store.
