★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de um guarda-roupas e o vendedor me disse que o mesmo estava em promoção e que eu ganharia um seguro grátis. Após chegar em casa, li no contrato que o valor do guarda-roupas era menor e que o tal seguro foi cobrado. Ou seja, paguei por venda casada pelos 2 produtos, como se estivesse pagando apenas um. Resultado: no contrato do tal seguro eu tinha direito a cancelar por até 7 dias e foi isso que fiz, tendo recebido o meu dinheiro de volta. Mas fica registrada a frustração de ter sido enganado na hora da compra e ainda o transtorno de ter ido cancelar o seguro e depois ir receber o a devolução do valor estornado. Entrega e montagem aconteceram bem.
 I made a purchase of a wardrobe and the seller told me it was on sale and that I would get free insurance. After arriving home, I read in the contract that the value of the wardrobe was lower and that insurance was charged. In other words, I paid by tying for the 2 products, as if I were paying only one. Result: in the contract of such insurance I was entitled to cancel for up to 7 days and that's what I did, having received my money back. But the frustration of having been cheated at the time of purchase is registered, as well as the inconvenience of having to cancel the insurance and then receive the refund of the refunded amount. Delivery and assembly went well.

Comprei uma cama box Queen com o vendedor FLÁVIO e ele disse que tinha pronta entrega quando fui buscar minha cama não tinha cama mais lá, disse que a cama só chegarei um mês depois. Muito enrolão o vendedor e o gerente pior ainda. Se não quiser se estressar melhor não comprar nessa loja. Esse barato saiu muito caro pra mim!!!!
Bad store. I bought a box Queen bed with the seller FLÁVIO and he said he had prompt delivery when I went to get my bed there was no bed there anymore, he said that the bed will only arrive a month later. The seller and the manager are very messed up, even worse. If you don't want to get stressed out, don't buy from this store. This cheap was very expensive for me!!!!
