★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando ligar, na loja já faz 1h, e ninguém atende... Chama até cair. Quando finalmente alguém me atende, falam que vão passar para o vendedor, e demorou uns 15min até a chamada caí...... Se não quer trabalhar beleza, mas não fiquem fazendo os ostras de trouxa ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja faz juz a fama de que no Tocantins o atendimento é péssimo. Duas tentativas de compra a vista , uma no mês passado, outra hoje.
Na primeira o vendedor mandou eu pesquisar na internet que era mais barato, pesquisei 4 produtos no site e liguei na loja para fazer orcamentos a pessoa passava a ligação dizendo que era para o vendedor mais de 5 minutos caia, resolvi ir na loja cheguei falei com o gerente Robson mostrei que estava ligando na loja ele não me deu atenção, me passando a um vendedor que nem olhou o print que eu tinha com os produtos já foi dizendo que não tinha na loja..questionei que ele nem olhou o gerente me mandou ir sentar na mesa do vendedor. Total falta de atenção, eduacacao e zelo com o cliente. Em outras cidades casas Bahia é uma loja de respeito na qual preza por seus clientes ao contrário daqui. O motivo deu querer comprar em loja física é a seguranca por ser um valor alto e pagar a vista.

Comprei um guarda roupa, eles são rápidos só pra vender. Depois que a gente faz o pagamento ninguem mais responde. Fiquei mais de 1 semana esperando entregarem na minha casa, depois mais de uma semana e meia pra vim o montador montar o guarda roupa e quando ele chegou e tirou das caixas vimos que estava DANIFICADO. Estou até hoje esperando trocarem meu produto, mas até agora nenhum retorno. Ligo, ninguém atende. Péssimo. Nunca mais compro nessa loja.
