★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite era um mercado que eu escolhi para comprar, devido aos preços e também sobre ás forma de pagamento, no Volus tanto á vista como á prazo á mais de ano eu entrei nesse mercado e perguntei se passava esse cartão na opção crédito, me informaram que sim, dai então comprava todo mês lá.Mas infelizmente hoje eu fui constrangida já com minha compra toda no carrinho, e metade já estava paga, quando á moça do caixa se recusou á passar meu cartão, dai teve que chamar um gerente que não conseguiu resolver sem ter que ligar pra um e outro e esperei mais de meia hora no caixa parado, até que tive que insistir pra falar com o financeiro onde liberou essa compra somente tenho todos os estratos das compras, daí vem me falar que não pode e que se estavam passando estava errado, então todas as operadoras estavam fazendo errado?Falta de comunicação.Infelismente perderam a cliente.E obrigada.
