Disorganized delivery from Ponto Frio, delayed, without any communication, you get in touch and nobody knows what happens and why. sufferable. Zero service. For me, never again.

Como já estava em São Paulo, me dirigi à loja das Casas Bahia mais próxima da minha casa para efetuar a troca do produto (Loja Brooklin Paulista). Fui atendido pela funcionária Daiana, que se auto intitulou gerente da loja, o que não é verdade. A Daiana me atendeu muito mal, demonstrando desde o princípio uma postura anti profissional e desrespeitosa, sem nenhuma disposição em me ajudar (muito pelo contrário). Demonstrando até certa satisfação quando viu que, por falta da nota fiscal física, não seria possível efetuar a troca.
I bought a fan at the store in São Sebastião that came with a manufacturing defect, which was only evident when the product was assembled. As I was already in São Paulo, I went to the Casas Bahia store closest to my house to exchange the product (Loja Brooklin Paulista). I was attended by the employee Daiana, who called herself the store manager, which is not true. Daiana treated me very badly, showing from the beginning an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude, without any willingness to help me (quite the opposite). He even showed some satisfaction when he saw that, due to the lack of a physical invoice, it would not be possible to make the exchange.
