Perdi dia de serviço para receber os móveis, e tive que perder outro pq eles não entregaram no dia combinado, e ainda falaram que cobrariam 2% de multa se fosse entregar e não encontrasse ninguém. PÉSSIMO serviço. Colocam a culpa na transportadora, mas a transportadora é contratada deles. Nunca mais compro lá
I made a purchase, they scheduled a day for delivery and did not deliver, I just learned that they would not deliver because I called charging. I missed the day of service to receive the furniture, and I had to lose another one because they didn't deliver on the agreed day, and they still said they would charge a 2% fine if they were to deliver and find no one. Lousy service. They place the blame on the carrier, but the carrier is hired from them. I'll never buy there again
