★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É muita fila de espera, marca consulta pra uma semana depois, chega lá você pega fila pra ser atendida pelo recepcionista, aí depois espera um século pra passar pela consulta, e você ainda tem que voltar depois pra pegar o resultado de exames, e pegar novamente a mesma fila só pra pegar um papel com um resultado. Sem falar que atendem o telefone quando querem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento melhorou bastante no decorrer do tempo. Ponto positivo! Só demora para marcar uma consulta. Tem que ter um pouco de paciência.
E não tem nutrólogo, nem tem dermatologista e o otorrinolaringologista parou de atender! Justo quando os preços aumentaram... Aumentou o valor e diminuiu número de especialidades. Não gostei. Mas no geral, é uma boa clínica.

outras empresas mandam por email ou com facilidade pega no local, aqui o procedimento é totalmente diferente .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tem agenda quando precisamos. Atendimento da recepção não é muito bom . Uma vez fiquei meses esperando abrir agenda pra levar os exames para o otorrinolaringologista,e eles nem pra avisar que a médica tinha saído da clínica . Precisa melhorar muito !
Never has an agenda when we need it. Reception service is not very good. Once I spent months waiting to open a schedule to take the exams to the otolaryngologist, and they didn't even tell me that the doctor had left the clinic. Need to improve a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo da parte odontológica! A dentista nunca tá na clínica, sempre ausente, ela nunca tá disponível! A gente tem que esperar a boa vontade do dia que ela vai atender, e quando atende é no horário que ela quer! Passei vários meses com problemas com o fio do aparelho machucando o canto da minha boca, o fio saindo, o braquete soltando no mesmo dia da instalação e eles nunca resolveram! Só falavam que quem podia resolver era a dentista que colocou o aparelho mas ela nunca tava disponível na clínica e eu tinha que ficar esperando semanas até ser atendido por ela! Por isso que cancelei o plano odontológico e não recomendo pra ninguém!!!
