Atendimento muito bom, vários serviços como garantia estendida, fique seguro e etc. Existe o site das Casas Bahia para que os clientes possam comprar sem precisar sair de casa, o lado negativo é o valor do frete, dependendo do produto não compensa comprar, fica caríssimo!
Aceitam várias formas de pagamento, como carne, cartão das Casas Bahia, pagamento com cartão de débito, crédito ou dinheiro. Com BanQI (conta de pagamento da Via Varejo) é mais fácil fazer os pagamentos do carnê, sem precisar pegar fila de lotérica, no próprio aplicativo quita os débitos pendentes.
Infelizmente, não aceitam bitcoin, nano, decred ou qualquer criptomoeda como forma de pagamento, triste e lamentável.
