★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vocês não tem vergonha de expor o cliente ás perguntas no mínimo indecorosas quando se trata de fazer o Cartão Casas Bahia. Após horas de espera, o cliente recebe uma ligação onde sua conduta moral é questionada. A loja deveria se responsabilizar pelo péssimo atendimento e recorrer apenas ao Serviço de Proteção ao Crédito. Atendimento vergonhoso! Não recomendo á ninguém! Qualifica danos morais questionar a conduta de um cliente pessoalmente sem ao menos conhecê-lo, ainda mais, o fazem por telefone. Revejam seus conceitos e sua conduta!
Não adianta deletar a seguinte avaliação é válida de acordo com o código dos direitos do consumidor!
You are not ashamed to expose the customer to the least indecorous questions when it comes to making the Casas Bahia Card. After hours of waiting, the customer receives a call where his moral conduct is questioned. The store should be responsible for the poor service and only resort to the Credit Protection Service. Disgraceful service! I don't recommend it to anyone! It qualifies for moral damages to question the conduct of a customer in person without even knowing him, even more, they do it over the phone. Review your concepts and your conduct!
