★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma troca, porem tive que aguardar por mais de 30 minutos como a vendedora que iria me orientar na troca não apareceu peguei minha mercadoria de volta e fui para outra passarela, uma experiência horrível pois vale lembrar sempre que de uma troca pode sem duvidas sair uma nova venda, vi uma outra pessoa passando pela mesma situação que eu aguardando a minutos uma vendedora que descia com os sapatos para um outro cliente sem ajudar ela na troca. acredito que precisa instruir melhor os empregados a terem empatia, e se possível contratar pessoas com salário fixo para fazer apenas troca.
