★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que fui na loja as vendedoras começam a te atender e depois vão pra porta conversar e não terminam o atendimento, fico no meio da loja com cara de bobona, fui assim que inaugurou e achei que era só no início que ia ser assim, mas voltei algumas vezes(inclusive essa semana) e continua a mesma coisa, perdem clientes pelo atendimento infelizmente.
Every time I went to the store, the salespeople start to serve you and then go to the door to talk and don't finish the service, I am in the middle of the store looking silly, that's how it opened and I thought it was only at the beginning that it was going to be like this , but I came back a few times (including this week) and it’s still the same, unfortunately customers lose their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No desespero de atender um número maior de clientes os atendentes trocam as mercadorias e isso está sendo frequente. Pedi nozes quebradas e recebo castanhas do Pará quebradas. Pedi nozes trituradas e recebo nozes quebradas. Muito ruim o serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido todas as vezes que fui a loja pela vendedora Luana (as vezes pela Tamires). Apesar de não ser uma das maiores lojas da Casas Pedro (meio apertado o espaço), não foge a proposta das outras lojas. Nunca utilizei o serviço por telefone ou zap, então não posso opinar. Poderia melhorar o espaço dos caixas (muito apertados, difícil ter privacidade pra colocar a senha do cartão).
I was well attended every time I went to the store by salesperson Luana (sometimes by Tamires). Despite not being one of Casas Pedro's biggest stores (the space is a little tight), the proposal of the other stores is no exception. I have never used the service by phone or zap, so I cannot give an opinion. It could improve the space of the cashiers (very tight, difficult to have privacy to put the card password).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser uma loja pequena, podemos encontrar os famosos produtos árabes, "filosofia" da empresa, e também alguns itens orientais, como o hondashi, difícil de encontrar em nosso bairro (Ilha). Os salgados e doces também são ótimos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes te largam no meio do atendimento para ficar fofocando na porta, se assim que você entra pede ajuda, OU você entra diz que não quer ajuda por enquanto e está dando uma olhada, e chama uma delas quando precisa, elas vem de má vontade ou de deboche! O caixa existem 2, ou o sistema está lento OU só tem um caixa funcionando com esse sistema ruim e uma fila de 6 pessoas! A loja é pequena, com fila ficam as pessoas passando pelo meio da gente!
Além de já ter comprado oleaginosas com gosto de velhas/passadas!
The attendants leave you in the middle of the service to gossip at the door, if as soon as you enter you ask for help, OR you enter say you don't want help for now and are checking it out, and call one of them when you need it, they come grudgingly or debauchery! There are 2 cashiers, or the system is slow OR there is only one cashier working with this bad system and a line of 6 people! The store is small, with people standing in line with us!
