★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser uma filial da drogaria Cristal, o preço praticado aqui é muito maior do que o da filial da Estr. do Galeão e o pior, as políticas de venda tbm não são as mesmas. Na filial do Galeão, além do preço do remédio ser mais barato, não enfrentei nenhuma burocracia para comprar um mesmo remédio vendido nesta filial do Cacuia.
Despite being a branch of the Cristal drugstore, the price charged here is much higher than that of the Estr branch. do Galeão and worse, the sales policies are also not the same. At the Galeão branch, besides the price of the medicine being cheaper, I didn't face any bureaucracy to buy the same medicine sold at this branch in Cacuia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!! Me deram um prazo de entrega de 45min a 1 hora. Passou 1:30h e nada, liguei e o atendente não deu a mínima, só repetia que o pedido já estava na rua. Desisti e saí passando mal para comprar em outra farmácia. Estou a 5 min da farmacia. Isso é falta de responsabilidade e profissionalismo, remédio é coisa séria!! Não recomendo e nem confio nunca mais!
Terrible!!! They gave me a delivery time of 45min to 1 hour. 1:30 passed and nothing, I called and the attendant didn't give a damn, just repeated that the order was already on the street. I gave up and left feeling sick to buy at another pharmacy. I'm 5 min from the pharmacy. This is a lack of responsibility and professionalism, medicine is a serious thing !! I do not recommend nor trust ever again!
