o laminado na nossa casa, pensamos, repensamos, fomos algumas vezes na loja e a Carla foi muito atenciosa, respondeu nossas duvidas, deu a opinião dela e por fim fechamos o laminado, a instalação durou 2 dias, com o roda pé e tudo, tomamos a melhor decisão e não nos arrependemos em nada, ficou tudo muito bonito, o acabamento ficou perfeito, não temos nada do que reclamar, super recomendo a loja.
Para nós foi o melhor custo benefício da região, só temos a agradecer a todos envolvidos no nosso piso.
At first my husband and I were in doubt between vinyl and
the laminate in our house, we thought, we rethought, we went to the store a few times and Carla was very attentive, answered our doubts, gave her opinion and finally we closed the laminate, the installation lasted 2 days, with the footboard and all, we made the best decision and we didn't regret anything, everything was very beautiful, the finish was perfect, we have nothing to complain about, I highly recommend the store.
For us it was the best value for money in the region, we just have to thank everyone involved in our floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desapontados com o atendimento pós venda da loja, eu e meu marido recebemos indicação de um amigo e não pensamos duas vezes após receber orçamento da Carla que foi quem nos atendeu para a venda, porém no momento da instalação os problemas começaram e na mesma semana já começamos a ouvir muitos barulhos e o piso começar a estufar, notificamos a loja que nos orientou procurar eucatex que nos atendeu e com laudo informou que nada poderia fazer pois o problema estava na instalação, novamente tentamos conversar com Sérgio que foi quem nos atendeu e de maneira ríspida, depois de algum tempo se prontificou em refazer parte da instalação e mesmo contrariados aceitamos. No dia a pessoa que veio refazer a instalação não parecia muito satisfeito em estar fazendo o trabalho, porém
terminou e logo após o meu marido enviou mensagem para o Sérgio notificando acertos e erros naquela recolocação e o mesmo não respondeu mais. Muito insatisfeita com todo descaso dos envolvidos.
Disappointed with the after-sales service of the store, my husband and I received a referral from a friend and we did not think twice after receiving a quote from Carla, who was the one who attended to us for the sale, but at the time of installation the problems started and in the same week we started to hear a lot of noises and the floor started to swell, we notified the store that told us to look for eucatex that attended us and with the report informed that nothing could be done because the problem was in the installation, again we tried to talk to Sérgio who was the one who attended to us and brusquely, after some time he was ready to redo part of the installation and, despite our displeasure, we accepted. On the day the person who came to redo the installation didn't seem very happy to be doing the work, however
ended and soon after my husband sent a message to Sérgio notifying successes and errors in that replacement and he did not respond anymore. Very dissatisfied with all the neglect of those involved.
