THE BENEFICIARY WHO MADE THE COMPLAINT ABOUT THE CONSULTATION WHICH WAS NOT CANCELED JUST FORGOTTEN TO SAY THAT WE ARE TRYING TO SOLVE HER PROBLEM AND SHE IS NOT COLLABORATING, INCLUDING UNIMED OWN IS INCREASED WITH SUCH ATTITUDE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu filho de 5 anos(Autista) para consultar com a Júnia. Ficamos 1:30h aguardando, solicitei o cancelamento e a secretária disse que cancelou. Conclusão: veio cobrando uma consulta que não teve e a secretária ainda queria fazer um pix no valor da consulta. Tenho print da conversa. Já entrei em contato com a Unimed, e agora irei denunciar aos órgãos responsáveis
I took my 5-year-old son (Autistic) to consult with Júnia. We were waiting 1:30h, I requested the cancellation and the secretary said that it was cancelled. Conclusion: he came charging for a consultation he did not have and the secretary still wanted to make a pix for the consultation fee. I have a print of the conversation. I have already contacted Unimed, and now I will report it to Organs responsible bodies.
