★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 29/10/2021 as 14hs:10min entrei em contato via Whatsapp sobre meu interesse em adquirir uma casa no condomínio Jd. Acapulco, me apresentei e expliquei que gostaria de colocar meu apartamento na Enseada como entrada. A Iolanda me informou que um corretor entraria em contato. Dia 30/10/2021 as 9h:54min entrei em contato novamente, pois, até então nenhum corretor havia entrado em contato, a Iolanda ficou de verificar e não deu retorno. Então as 15h:57min perguntei se teria algum retorno e sem resposta. No dia Seguinte dia 31/10/2021 as 10h:07min questionei novamente sobre um retorno, a Iolanda me informou que teve um imprevisto, então perguntei se não havia nenhum corretor para me atender e até agora 03/11/2021 as 17hs não tive nenhum retorno e com certeza não terei. Tenho certeza que se eu entrasse em contato procurando casa de R$ 5.000.000,00 com pagamento a vista o atendimento seria imediato.
On 10/29/2021 at 2:10 pm I got in touch via Whatsapp about my interest in purchasing a house in the Jd. Acapulco, I introduced myself and explained that I would like to put my apartment in Enseada as an entrance. Iolanda informed me that a broker would contact me. On 10/30/2021 at 9:54 am I got in touch again, because, until then, no broker had contacted me, Iolanda checked and did not return. So at 3:57 pm I asked if there would be any feedback and no response. On the following day 10/31/2021 at 10:07 am I asked again about a return, Iolanda informed me that there was an unforeseen event, so I asked if there was no broker to attend to me and so far 11/3/2021 at 5 pm I have not had no return and I certainly won't. I'm sure that if I got in touch looking for a house worth R$ 5,000,000.00 with cash payment, the service would be immediate.

Aluguei uma casa anual com esta imobiliária em 02/02/2021 e quando que pra minha surpresa a casa não estava regular no quesito pagamento do condominio, precisávamos fazer uso de um clube de praia onde começamos a ser barrados por isso . Entramos em contato ingenuamente com o próprio dono da imobiliária que nos respondeu “ué mas alugamos a casa e não o condomínio , vcs não estão usando a casa ?” Mesmo assim acreditamos que o mesmo não sabia que a casa estava irregular e fomos buscar outro imóvel nas demais imobiliárias da região pra ficarmos sabendo que haviam sim nós faltado com a verdade pois todas imobiliárias já sabiam das irregularidades deste imóvel! Muito triste ver como abusam da boa fé das pessoas! Perdemos a conta de quantas vezes nos sentimos constrangidos por estar na fila de cadastramento para o beach club e nos encaminharem ao financeiro por ter situação pendente referente a pagamento! Acho que fica o aprendizado de sempre pedir toda documentação na hora de fazer um negócio desse tipo ! Cássio imóveis nunca mais !
Total disrespect for the customer! I rented an annual house with this real estate agency on 02/02/2021 and when to my surprise the house was not regular in terms of condominium payment, we needed to make use of a beach club where we started to be barred for it. We naively got in touch with the owner of the real estate company, who answered us “hey, but we rent the house and not the condo, are you not using the house?” Even so, we believe that the same did not know that the house was irregular and we went to look for another property in the other real estate agencies in the region to find out that they had indeed missed us with the truth because all real estate agencies already knew about the irregularities of this property! Very sad to see how they abuse people's good faith! We lost count of how many times we felt embarrassed to be in the registration queue for the beach club and we were forwarded to the finance department for having a pending payment situation! I think it's a lesson to always ask for all documentation when doing a business like this! Cassio real estate never again!
