Nem me lembrava mais deste evento e aproximadamente 3 anos após, fui comunicado que tinha um bom dinheiro a receber pois a parte jurídica da Casteleti tinha entrada com uma ação contra o larápio e ganhou a causa. Ou seja, nunca reclamei e se a Imobiliária tivesse tomado posse do dinheiro, eu nem ficaria sabendo. Acabei amigo do Maurício. E meu apartamento novamente se encontra com esta imobiliária para nova locação.
I had an apartment rented and the client stayed 1 month more and did not pay. I didn't even remember this event anymore and about 3 years later, I was told that I had good money to receive because Casteleti's legal department had filed a lawsuit against the thief and won the case. In other words, I never complained and if the Real Estate Agency had taken possession of the money, I would not even have known. I ended up friends with Maurício. And my apartment again meets with this real estate agent for a new lease.
