Solicitamos 1 pizza e após 1 hora e meia de espera, cancelamos o pedido.
A pizzaria alegou ter tido um imprevisto, mas nem pra me ligar perguntando se eu queria continuar esperando...
Fiz o pedido. Esperei 50 minutos, liguei novamente, a atendente informou que mais 10 minutos seria entregue.
Esperamos mais 30 minutos e pedimos para cancelar o pedido ( que ainda não havia saído para entrega)
What experience?!
We ordered 1 pizza and after an hour and a half of waiting, we canceled the order.
The pizzeria claimed to have had an unforeseen event, but not even to call me asking if I wanted to keep waiting...
I made the request. I waited 50 minutes, called again, the attendant informed that another 10 minutes would be delivered.
We waited another 30 minutes and asked to cancel the order (which had not yet been delivered)
