★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na qualidade dos produtos vendidos dou nota 7. No atendimento, nota 2, me impressiona como conseguem ser tão ruim nesse quesito. Acredito que o ATENDIMENTO DE QUALIDADE não esteja no topo da hierarquia deste estabelecimento.

Mas pensando bem, acho q o problema não está nos funcionários, deve está na gestão, devem ser mau pagos.

Infelizmente por duas vezes compramos eu e minha esposa, produto com mofo.
Fiz contato telefônico para agilizar o reembolso mas não tive muita atenção. Disseram que o gerente entraria em contato e não o fez.
Minha esposa trocou pessoalmente, no dia seguinte, levando o produto em mãos.
Vamos evitar voltar lá.
I've bought it many times. everything from dinner, birthday cake, snacks etc.
Unfortunately, twice my wife and I bought a product with mold.
I made phone contact to expedite the refund but I didn't have much attention. They said the manager would get in touch and didn't.
My wife changed it in person, the next day, taking the product in hand.
Let's avoid going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente esse estabelecimento enfrenta problemas em relação ao atendimento dos funcionários, já estive no local como cliente algumas vezes e todas elas os funcionários mostram-se antipáticos, nunca vi um atendente ficar de costas para o cliente no balcão. Fazem como se o cliente não estivesse alí, até ter um que se salva e vem te atender. Da última vez fui com meu esposo e peguei no self service um estrogonofe, só dizia isso na etiqueta e ao comer vi que se tratava de estrogonofe com camarão, ao qual eu tenho forte alergia e não foi notificado em canto nenhum que tinha frutos do mar no alimento.. perigoso.. sorte que reparei logo antes de por na boca. O estabelecimento tem um ambiente bom mas também muuuitos funcionários de baixa qualidade.
Unfortunately, this establishment faces problems regarding the service of the employees, I've been there as a customer a few times and all of them the employees are unfriendly, I've never seen an attendant turn his back to the customer at the counter. They act as if the customer wasn't there, until there's one who saves himself and comes to serve you. The last time I went with my husband and I got a stroganoff at the self service, it just said that on the label and when I ate it I saw that it was stroganoff with shrimp, to which I have a strong allergy and it was not reported anywhere that it had seafood in the food... dangerous... luckily I noticed it right before I put it in my mouth. The establishment has a good atmosphere but also a lot of low quality staff.
