★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi horrível pedimos um batatão grande no sábado dia 31/10 e infelizmente veio 300 gramas de carne se muito alem de super salgado não recomendo pois pelo valor de 70 reais deixou a desejar de mais.
It was horrible, we ordered a big batatão on Saturday 10/31 and unfortunately it came 300 grams of meat if not only super salty but I do not recommend it because of the value of 70 reais it left more to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3x na mesma semana eu fiz um pedido nesse lugar... As 3 vezes um combo 3, e nenhuma das vezes me mandarm o refrigerante, me enrolaram e disseram q iam mandar na proxima... Até hj to esperando, nao peçam aqui, o atendimento é pessimo e vc paga por algo q nao vai receber... Compensa pagar um pouco mais em algo q realmente vc vai receber e tem um atendimento... Diferente disso.... Se pudesse dar -0000000 estrelas eu daria....
3x in the same week I placed an order in this place... The 3 times a combo 3, and none of the times they sent me the soda, they wrapped me up and said they would send it next time... I'm waiting until now, don't ask here, the service is terrible and you pay for something that you won't receive... It pays to pay a little more for something that you will actually receive and there's a service... Other than that.... If I could give -0000000 stars I would. ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo de esfiha tive que joga fora , olha o nojo disso a esfiha de carne com essas babas branca , massa dura a impressão que tenho é que jogaram lá e trouxeram , falta de respeito com o consumidor , tudo seco e ligo ninguém atende . Só espero que isso não me faça mal .. vou jogar quase tudo fora pq é algo que não dá para comer

Solicitei o pedido com duas pizzas , quando chegou o pedido já fizeram a cobrança sem entregar os itens para verificação, ao retirar o pedido da mochila do motoboy vimos que faltava uma pizza, solicitei que voltasse o pedido e trouxesse as duas juntas.
Após 50min voltou outro motoboy com as duas pizzas, porém uma estava errada, então solicitei meu dinheiro de volta.
Como era outro motoboy e não estava com a máquina que havia passado meu cartão foi preciso esperar mais 1h até que outro motoboy voltasse com a máquina para fazer o estorno.
Contudo, após mais de três horas tive meu dinheiro de volta.
Aliás, esqueci de mencionar a atendente que não sabia verificar o pedido pelo número e ficou brava por estarmos reclamando do pedido e solicitando nosso dinheiro de volta o mais rápido possível, já que visivelmente não estavam dando prioridade para o caso.
Também devo mencionar Varderlei responsável pela turno que ao me ligar para resolver o caso nem sabia o que estava acontecendo, tive que explicar tudo novamente pela terceira vez.
Por fim tive meu dinheiro de volta mas um transtorno irreversível e uma noite desagradável.
Não indico pela falta de organização e irresponsabilidade com o consumidor.

I ordered the order with two pizzas, when the order arrived they already made the collection without delivering the items for verification, when removing the order from the motoboy backpack we saw that a pizza was missing, I asked him to return the order and bring the two together.
After 50 minutes another motoboy returned with the two pizzas, but one was wrong, so I asked for my money back.
As it was another motoboy and I did not have the machine that had passed my card, it was necessary to wait another 1h until another motoboy returned with the machine to make the reversal.
However, after more than three hours I got my money back.
In fact, I forgot to mention the attendant who did not know how to verify the order by the number and was angry that we were complaining about the order and asking for our money back as soon as possible, since they were clearly not giving priority to the case.
I must also mention Varderlei responsible for the shift who, when calling me to solve the case didn't even know what was happening, I had to explain everything again for the third time.
I finally got my money back but an irreversible disorder and an unpleasant night.
I do not indicate the lack of organization and irresponsibility with the consumer.
