As dúvidas do contrato, foram explicadas pela Renata, me deixando bastante confortável em fazer a locação com a Castilho. Fiquei bastante satisfeita com o. atendimento, pois através do e-mail e whatsapp tive as informações que ia agilizando o processo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência da vida alugar casa com esta imobiliária. Se mostram muito solícitos antes de fechar o negócio depois é uma luta pra resolver algum imprevisto que possa vir acontecer. E detalhe, eles repetem sempre a mesma frase: "SOMOS APENAS INTERMEDIÁRIOS" na hora do b.o como se não tivessem responsabilidade alguma em torno da casa que você alugou. E no final seguram o caução até onde puderam para não devolver.
Toda minha insatisfação a responsável pelos imóveis chamada ELIETE. Presencialmente a gente vê e confirma como é o atendimento deles para com prioritários (ATENDIMENTO VIP) e com inquilinos é de cara feia e de tom agressivo.
Hoje esse nome CASTILHO pronunciado perto de mim me dá calafrios.
Worst experience of life renting a house with this real estate agency. If they are very solicitous before closing the deal, then it's a struggle to resolve any unforeseen issues that might happen. And detail, they always repeat the same phrase: "WE ARE ONLY INTERMEDIARIES" at the time of the b.o as if they had no responsibility for the house you rented. And in the end they hold the security deposit as far as they could so as not to return it.
All my dissatisfaction to the person in charge of real estate called ELIETE. In person, we see and confirm how they care for priority ones (VIP SERVICE) and with tenants, it's frowned and has an aggressive tone.
Today that name CASTILHO pronounced next to me gives me the chills.

Todo mês não enviam o boleto precisa ficar cobrando, na hora de entregar o imóvel e mais um transtorno , te cobram pra pagar contas que não são suas e quando vc questiona a funcionária é super mal educada, grossa e nem um pouco profissional. (Eliete) Infelizmente já foi melhor. Atualizando foi apresentado todas as contas pagas devidas as que querem cobrar indevidamente não vou pagar, estou a 1 mês esperando a documentação de encerramento do contrato.
Service provided is terrible. Every month they don't send the boleto, you need to keep charging, when you deliver the property and another inconvenience, they charge you to pay bills that are not yours and when you question the employee is super rude, rude and not at all professional. (Eliete) Unfortunately it used to be better. Updating, all paid bills due to those who want to charge improperly were presented, I will not pay, I have been waiting 1 month for the contract termination documentation.
