Escolhi um imóvel e todo o processo de preparação e assinatura do contrato de aluguel foi muito simples e rápido. Tudo de maneira digital.
Trabalho profissional e bastante conhecimento dos flats na área dos Jardins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences that I had with a real state agency.
I don't recommend to work with them. I was looking for a place in Sao Paulo. I chose one of their flats, they gave me instructions for payment. I followed their instructions and finally once that I arrived to Sao Paulo the apartment was not available. They provide me another flat to stay while I was looking for a new apartment, that was ok, but they told me that they were not going to charge for this apartment. When I had to get my deposit back, they took from the deposit the amount they consider for these two nights. I was not inform at any moment of prices or charges for this concept.
In summary, try to avoid to work with them. Based on my own experience, totally unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência de longe que já tive no Brasil com corretoras de imóveis. Atendimento ao cliente é ruim. Eles assediam o cliente (ligando, encaminhando emails constantemente e até aparecendo no apartamento sem aviso prévio) sem o cliente ter nenhuma ciência do que eles irão fazer e nem nenhuma pendência com eles. Não trabalham nem gostam de trabalhar para resolver os problemas dos moradores. NUNCA recomendaria ninguém alugar/comprar imóveis deles.
This is the worst experience I have ever had as a costumer in multiple countries as an expat. The worst customer service and the worst billing services to the point of feeding you up with calls, emails and uncalled for visits without first letting you know of their plans. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use their services.
All the positive reviews are from employees of the company which clearly shows they are very dishonest.
This is a genuine review from a customer that is still living in their apartments as of now.
1. First photo shows a mattress that is over 10 years old that gives severe back pains.
2. Second photos is a mini bar given to you which is very surprising because you rent an apartment and thus expect AT LEAST a medium sized fridge.
3. Third photo shows how they don´t care about their apartments at all, because they leave dead plants for longs months without replacing them or taking them out.
4. Fourth photo is an email where they demand to enter the apartment well before the contract is due and with the pandemic at its peak.
5. Fourth photo also shows the manager threatening to sue you because you don´t pay commissions on their own schedule and on the day they want, instead of what the contract states when you should pay the commissions.
