★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei há +- 2 anos uma mesa e amei! Voltando na semana passada fui atendida pela Daniela, excelente vendedora, atenciosa, fui atrás do sofá para combinar com meu conjunto de mesa! Comprei o sofá e esta por chegar, a entrega é demorada sim, mas vale a pena, a qualidade dos móveis é excelente, por isso voltei e comprei o sofá.
Uma dica para a equipe da Castro Móveis, é ter um sistema, pois fiz a compra no passado e voltei pra comprar o sofá, eu pedi para a vendedora ver no sistema a cor certa que comprei do tecido das cadeiras na época e pra minha surpresa eles não tem sistema, não tem cadastro de clientes!
Quando chegar o sofá volto aqui com a foto completa do conjunto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja hoje com minha esposa para comprar um sofá e fomos atendidos pela vendedora Daniela que foi atenciosa, nos atendeu muito bem e ainda conseguiu um bom desconto no pagamento a vista. Único ponto a me queixar é o tempo para a entrega do produto que pode levar de 20 a 30 dias úteis, pois segundo a loja, como a Castro Móveis são fabricantes do produto é o tempo levado para a confecção e posterior remessa p/a entrega ao cliente.
Obs.: Só não levou cinco estrelas pelo tempo levado p/entrega ao cliente rs rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei a loja por algumas vezes e a vendedora Daniela foi cordial, atenciosa mesmo não efetuando a compra nessas visitas.
Posteriormente fui a loja com minha esposa onde mais uma vez a vendedora supra citada nos atendeu muito bem, onde acabamos fechando negócio.
Desejo a mesma um feliz Natal e um feliz ano novo e que em 2022 ela efetue muitas vendas.

Fui com a intenção de comprar um sofá mas a vendedora mostrei a vantagem do rack, e jogo de cama. Foral muito flexíveis na negociação. E certamente voltaremos para comprar outros móveis.
