Muitas das vezes vocês perderam clientes potenciais pela forma que um funcionário trata o cliente. O cliente e a alma do negocio.
 I don't indicate. My first impression of this store was terrible. Horrible service, I don't particularly return to this store, the salesperson who attended us shows total lack of preparation. Many times you have lost potential customers because of the way an employee treats the customer. The customer is the lifeblood of the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ver uma mesa, a vendedora disse que no andar de cima não teria mais em conta, me mostrou as mais caras, quando vi uma em conta questionei ela que deu desculpa esfarrapada. Não gostei! Além de tudo muito caro!
I went to see a table, the seller said that upstairs she wouldn't take into account any more, she showed me the most expensive ones, when I saw one I questioned her and she gave me a lame excuse. Did not like! Also very expensive!

This store is very good with very kind attendants. Good quality products. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because the dining room set I liked, the chairs weren't the color I wanted.
