Ambiente sempre limpo, principalmente internação. Tem execelente profissionais. Dr. Fernando já salvou Billy foi ágil e rápido era envenenamento. Pitucha realizou duas cirurgias retirada dos peito de uma lado mas castração e fim de 2019 de feira Da de outro tumor no focinho e o pequenino Todynho uma reconstituição na parte das costas sofreu e no dia de ontem realizou outra cirurgia, logo pela manhã avisaram que foi um sucesso e está na Cat Dog em recuperação.

Always clean environment, especially hospitalization. It has excellent professionals. Dr. Fernando already saved Billy was agile and fast was poisoning. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o atendimento! São muito justos e corretos. Havia lido alguns comentarios aqui e fiquei receosa, mas após ir vi que se tratavam de inverdades! Os veterinários são muito atenciosos, explicam o porque fazem cada coisa, não fazem nenhum procedimento sem antes nos explicar e pedir nosso consentimento. Minha filha de quatro patas ficou internada, recebi videos, fotos, mensagens durante todo o período, eles são muito cuidadosos e carinhosos! Minha cachorrinha tinha indicação de eutanásia levei lá e eles me mostraram um leque de possibilidades que deram a minha filhinha mais vida com qualidade!!! Adorei!
Loved the service! They are very fair and correct. I had read some comments here and I was afraid, but after going I saw that these were untruths! Veterinarians are very attentive, explain why they do everything, do not do any procedure without first explaining it to us and asking for our consent. My four-legged daughter was hospitalized, I received videos, photos, messages throughout the period, they are very careful and loving! My dog had an euthanasia indication I took there and they showed me a range of possibilities that gave my little girl more life with quality !!! I loved it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro, pois havia passado mal durante a noite e estava com problema para respirar. A primeira possibilidade descartada pelo veterninário que nos atendeu foi pneumononia e ficou internado para acompanhamento. Além de não entrarem em contato, quando ligávamos para visitar o cachorro nunca era possível, pois sempre o cachorro estaria em algum procedimento que o impediria. Quadndo resolvemos aparecer lá, nos informaram que o cachorro morreu. A veterninária que comunicou falou sobre um quadro de pneumonia. Quando falei sobre o primeiro atendimento ter descartado pneumonia, a veterinária não conseguiu explicar o que de fato casou a morte. Além disso tudo, eles cobraram a mais, dizendo que o cachorro teria ficado na terapia intensiva a partir de uma data que contradizia as informações repassadas anteriormente por telefone (a diferença foi ressarcida).
Isso aconteceu em 2014, porém alguns comentários aqui mais recentes fazem parecer que esse não foi um caso isolado.

When we decided to show up there, they informed us that the dog died. The veterinarian who communicated spoke about a case of pneumonia. When I talked about the first appointment having ruled out pneumonia, the veterinarian couldn't explain what actually caused the death. In addition to all that, they charged more, saying that the dog would have been in intensive care from a date that contradicted the information given previously by telephone (the difference was compensated).
This was in 2014, but some more recent comments here make it seem like this was not an isolated case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo de olhos fechados. Confio os meus dois filhos na clínica desde filhotinhos. Os profissionais são completamente zelosos e prestam um atendimento excelente, me sinto em casa nesse lugar. Só tenho a agradecer à todos os profissionais, especialmente ao Dr. Renato.
I recommend with my eyes closed. I trust my two children in the clinic since they were puppies. The professionals are completely zealous and provide excellent service, I feel at home in this place. I can only thank all the professionals, especially Dr. Renato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de orientação da profissional que vendeu antibiótico pro meu gato e não disse que seriam 2 caixas vendeu apenas uma e depois eu vi que seria necessário mais uma caixa por faltar 4 comprimidos pra finalizar o tratamento. Liguei pra tirar dúvidas e não fui bem atendido não recomendo. Por fim consegui o remédio por um preço muito mais barato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diagnóstico equivocado ao invés de indicarem um oftalmo animal, que a própria clínica oferece todas as terças-feiras. Sempre cuidaram dos meus pets com carinho e atenção. Mas, após último diagnóstico equivocado e tanta rapidez e grosseria no tratamento mêdico-paciente por ordem hierárquica, nunca mais piso no mesmo lugar e nem recomendo!!!
