★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida pela recepcionista, tanto pelo telefone como pessoalmente e também pela médica que fez o ultrassom e técnicos que ajudaram a coletar a urina. Minha gata é muito estressada e estava com gabapentina e fizeram o máximo para que ela fosse atendida no tempo de ação da gabapentina.

No mesmo local também fez os exames laboratoriais e ECG.
O local é limpo, tem estacionamento, a maioria das recepcionistas são gentis.
Quanto aos valores: achei o valor dos exames bem ok (156,00 os exames de sangue e 175,00 o ECG).
Já a cirurgia, principalmente por ser com uma especialista + anestesista foi cara mas dentro do que imaginei que seria, pois minha cachorra precisou extrair dez dentes.
A única coisa ruim que lá não é PS, tem horário de funcionamento das 8h as 18h.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem água disponível aos animais, como uma fonte ou pratos descartáveis, como em outras clínicas. Só há água para os humanos. Tirando isso, o atendimento ao meu cachorro pelas médicas veterinárias ou técnicas foi muito respeitoso e atencioso!
There is no water available to the animals, such as a fountain or disposable dishes, as in other clinics. There is only water for humans. Apart from that, the care for my dog by the vets or technicians was very respectful and attentive!
