★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O CONSELHO QUE DOU PARA QUEM QUER ALUGAR OU CONFIAR EM DEIXAR SUA CASA PARA ELES ALUGAREM: PROCUREM OUTRA IMOBILIÁRIA. ELES SÃO PÉSSIMOS, TIVE VÁRIOS PROBLEMAS COM ELES, ATRASAM O ALUGUEL TODO MÊS, JÁ NEM SEI MAIS O QUE FAZER!!!!!
 THE ADVICE THAT GIVES TO THOSE WHO WANT TO RENT OR TRUST LEAVING THEIR HOUSE FOR THEM TO RENT: LOOK FOR ANOTHER REAL ESTATE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE, I HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH THEM, DELAY THE RENT EVERY MONTH, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio fui alugar uma casa e tudo correu 1000 maravilhas. Porém varias coisas erradas começaram a acontecer a partir da assinatura do contrato.
Atualização: o ventilador quase caiu na minha cabeça, fixado com apenas um parafuso, tentei contato com a imobiliária, a mais de 2 semanas, até agora não deram nem retorno.
Meu conselho: mantenham distância ou fechem negócio sem depender deles.
At first I went to rent a house and everything went a thousand wonders. But several wrong things started to happen after the contract was signed.
Update: the fan almost fell on my head, fixed with just one screw, I tried to contact the real estate agency, more than 2 weeks ago, so far they haven't even returned.
My advice: keep your distance or close deals without depending on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi uma imobiliária com um serviço tão ruim. A crise no pais com certeza não afetou essa empresa pois não estão nem ai pros clientes em prospecção. Todos os imóveis no site já tem reserva e não tem UM CORRETOR que pode mostrar os imóveis antes de já ter uma reserva. Melhorem.
I've never seen a real estate agent with such bad service. The crisis in the country certainly did not affect this company because they are not even there for the prospective customers. All properties on the site already have a reservation and do not have a BROKER that can show the properties before having a reservation. Get better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Só perdi tempo com o corretor que fez negócio com valor errado e depois queria que eu aceitasse. Perdi meio período de serviço por causa do serviço mau prestado.
Terrible attendance. I just wasted time with the broker who made a deal with the wrong amount and then wanted me to accept. I missed half a period of service because of poor service.

Vai fazer um ano que me mudei para uma casa que apresenta diversos problemas hidráulicos e elétricos, portas sem chaves, desde a mudança reclamo e peço pelos reparos e até agora nada. FUJAM DESSA CILADA, NÃO FAÇAM CONTRATO COM UMA EMPRESA QUE SÓ VISA LUCRO E POUCO SE IMPORTA COM OS INQUILINOS

It's been a year since I moved to a house that has several hydraulic and electrical problems, doors without keys, since the move I complain and ask for repairs and so far nothing. ESCAPE THIS TRAP, DO NOT CONTRACT WITH A COMPANY THAT ONLY SEEKS PROFIT AND CARES LITTLE ABOUT TENANTS
