★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O corretor marcou uma visita ao imóvel para locação, mas disse qua a chave havia sumido. Remarcou para o dia seguinte e simplesmente não apareceu sem dar satisfação ou responder nossas mensagens. Péssimo!
 The broker scheduled a visit to the property for rental, but said the key was missing. He rescheduled for the next day and just didn't show up without giving satisfaction or answering our messages. Terrible!

Não avisam sobre as taxas, procedimentos sobre condomínios (o inquilino que paga a taxa de inspeção, não avisam sobre pagar taxa de mudança, não avisam sobre os dias para fazer a mudança, não avisam sobre o gás do prédio, não sabem da vaga da garagem). Não sabem calcular dias para pagamento. Péssimos profissionais. Que arrependimento. É só decepção.
It is the worst real estate in Brazil. They do not advise on fees, condominium procedures (the tenant who pays the inspection fee, they do not advise on paying the change fee, they do not advise on the days to make the change, they do not advise on the building's gas, they do not know about the garage). They do not know how to calculate days for payment. Lousy professionals. What a regret. It's just disappointment.

Entrei na casa alugada com conta de agua atrasada,a minha do 1° mês a conta de água estava mais de 400 reais, contatei a imobiliária e ela alega que eu me vire! Eu só nao sabia que tenho uma piscina olímpica no fundo.
Hoje eu tenho 3 meses que estamos na casa, espero que pelo menos até o fim do contrato eles sejao mais justo!
Of all the real estate companies I've ever met, this is by far the worst!
I entered the rented house with an overdue water bill, mine from the 1st month the water bill was more than 400 reais, I contacted the real estate agency and she claims that I should manage! I just didn't know I have an Olympic pool at the bottom.
Today I have 3 months that we are in the house, I hope that at least until the end of the contract they will be fairer!

The broker Ana Cláudia is attentive and proactive. Looked for property that fit within what I needed. And, even though the location didn't work out, he kept in touch for other opportunities.
