★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pessoa que atendeu o telefone da empresa,mega mal educada,grosso,sem paciência alguma com o cliente.
Entregaram peça empenada e ainda ficaram com o troco,pois o motorista e ajudante não trabalha com dinheiro.
O vendedor se quer perguntou se precisava de troco no ato do recebimento da mercadoria.
Deixo claro que as pessoas que fizeram a entrega são bem educados...porém a pessoa com quem fiz o pedido não ...

They delivered pledged parts and still kept the change, because the driver and assistant do not work with money.
The seller asked himself if he needed change when he received the goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível. Solicitei uma madeira (massaranduba) e enviaram outra de péssima qualidade que não e recordo o nome. O carpinteiro disse que comprei gato por lebre...... Os próprios funcionários da empresa que vieram retirar disseram que a madeira era errada....
Tive um prejuízo de ter que atrasar a obra e pagar o dia do carpinteiro que foi perdido.
O lado positivo, se posso considerar como positivo, foi que eles devolveram o dinheiro, mas não levaram as peças que havia cortado, mesmo sendo de outra madeira..
Horrible experience. I asked for a piece of wood (massaranduba) and they sent another one of terrible quality that didn't and I remember the name. The carpenter said that I bought a pig in a poke...... The employees of the company who came to pick up said that the wood was wrong....
I had the loss of having to delay the work and pay the carpenter's day that was lost.
The positive side, if I can consider it positive, was that they returned the money, but they did not take the pieces they had cut, even though they were made of different wood...
