★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedor muito atencioso! Não tem uma área de show room. Tem que ir de tênis, muito cascalho, pedaços de pisos e telhas quebradas no chão. Área do cliente, espaço fechado e sem distanciamento adequado.
Very attentive seller! It does not have a show room area. You have to go with sneakers, a lot of gravel, pieces of floors and broken tiles on the floor. Client area, closed space and without adequate distance.

Contrato (outubro) prevendo de 20 a 30 dias, e, o atraso foi de mais de 33 dias , do limite máximo!
A frustração começou com o atraso; depois, o material chegou fora de medida, vindo menor do que a área; quase mandaram emenda ( MAS RECUSEI RADICALMENTE); e por fim, deixaram diversos pontos de infiltração por finalização mal feita na etapa da impermeabilização.
Muitas marcações, faltas, e, remarcações ! Desanimador.
Resumo: Tive que cancelar o natal naquele ambiente planejado; e tive custo aumentado com operários da obra (diárias sem trabalho) porque não puderam dar sequencia esperando que o telhado ficasse pronto, sem vazamentos ! A Gestão do serviço foi péssima!
Foi extremamente decepcionante, estressante; e não desejo à ninguém!
Alegaram não poder concluir em parede úmida , mas não cumpriram marcação em nenhuma das tréguas sequenciais de dias de sol. E, por fim sob ameaça de processo, realizaram na parede úmida! Não dá pra confiar, né !?
CONTRA RECOMENDO, com tristeza, pois prefiro postar elogios.

The initial Contact was good, with the kind and competent Julio. However, after closing the contract; It was just a disappointment!
Contract (October) providing for 20 to 30 days, and the delay was more than 33 days, the maximum limit!
The frustration started with the delay; later, the material arrived out of measure, coming smaller than the area; they almost sent an amendment (BUT I RADICALLY REFUSED); and finally, they left several infiltration points due to poor completion in the waterproofing stage.
Many appointments, absences, and reschedulings! Disheartening.
Summary: I had to cancel Christmas in that planned environment; and I had an increased cost with construction workers (daily without work) because they could not proceed, waiting for the roof to be ready, without leaks! Management of the service was terrible!
It was extremely disappointing, stressful; and I don't wish it on anyone!
They claimed that they could not conclude on a damp wall, but they did not comply with any of the sequential truce of sunny days. And, finally, under threat of prosecution, they performed it on the damp wall! You can't trust, right!?
AGAINST RECOMMEND, with sadness, as I prefer to post compliments.
