POOR SERVICE, THE PIZZA STILL COMES WITH HAIR AND STILL DOES TIME CLERK WITH OUR FACE. INSTEAD OF AT LEAST TO RECOGNIZE THE ERROR, EVEN PLAYING THE BLAME THE CUSTOMER.

Terrible service !! After an hour and a half of waiting I was still called to say that the freight amount was wrong because I informed the wrong neighborhood and argued with me that my neighborhood was not what I said. Very amateurish, would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local onde as pessoas é feito é bem simples, mas o pessoal que trabalha lá é bem simpático e muito prestativo. A pizza pode ser retirada no local e a espera é bem rápida caso você chegue às 18 horas. A pizza é muito bem recheada e a massa é levinha e macia, com uma borda levemente recheada de catupiry, sem pagar adicional.
The place where people are made is very simple, but the people who work there are very friendly and very helpful. Pizza can be picked up on site and the wait is quick if you arrive at 6 pm. The pizza is very well stuffed and the dough is light and soft, with a slightly stuffed catupiry edge, without paying extra.

Terrible service and organization, I was waiting 4 hours for my order and nothing to receive, the worst thing is the negligence of employees who do not have empathy with the customer, I didn't judge the quality of the pizza because I didn't receive it. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Sugiro vocês terem preocupação com a reputação de vocês e priorize a satisfação com o cliente.
